There’s absolutely no better vacation than camping in Pennsylvania. You can just find a park, and go tent camping, RV camping, cabin camping, or whatever kind of camping best suits you. It’s simple, affordable, and relaxing. Many people think that the only kind of trip worth doing is family camping in Pennsylvania, but bachelors and bachelorettes can find just as much fun in the outdoors as a family unit.
Here’s a few reasons to consider going camping in Pennsylvania!
1. It’s Refreshing.
Campers will find both peace and excitement while camping in Pennsylvania. All of the problems associated with living in large communities–air pollution, light pollution, traffic–are gone, giving the mind and body time to relax, recuperate, and rejuvenate itself. Camping also has lots of thrills, too. Imagine seeing the sunset over mountain peaks in a clean, clear sky, seeing a hummingbird for the first time, or seeing the majesty of a rushing waterfall.
2. It’s a Bonding Experience.
Just because you’re single doesn’t mean you can’t get the same kind of bonding experience when you go camping in Pennsylvania. Bringing your friends or your dog or you significant other with you can be an amazing bonding experience. There’s nothing better than spending some quality time alone with people who truly matter to you (even if it’s not your family).
3. The Campfire.
How can you deny that having a campfire is fun. First of all, it’s great to just watch the flames dance and flicker. Secondly, food cooked over an open flame–be they hot dogs, s’mores, or banana boats–just taste better. Third, having a few drinks around the fire is just as fun, if not better, than going to a bar or restaurant.
These are just a few reasons to go camping in Pennsylvania. If you have any questions, feel free to ask in the comments.
